Price
- Typically $199 to $349, depending on the size of the home.
- The report fee is credited toward any work you book with us within 30 days.
What it isn't
- It's a condition and planning report for the homeowner, not a home inspection for a buyer, lender or purchase contract.
Questions
I'm a listing agent. Can I send my sellers?
Yes. One call covers the plan and most of the prep work, and nothing is scheduled until the seller approves the price.
Do you do roof inspections for insurance claims?
Yes. A roof inspection with a photo report is available separately for storm damage and insurance claims.
